BMW launched the G 310 RR in India as its smallest super sport offering. It’s priced at Rs 2,85,000 (ex-showroom Delhi) onwards for the base model. The new Bavarian offering takes inspiration from TVS’s Apache RR 310 in terms of design, engine and hardware bits as well.
The BMW G 310 RR is powered by a 312.2cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled mill. The power output is rated at 34 bhp and 27 Nm and the engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. On the feature front, BMW has equipped the bike with LED headlights, LED turn indicators, LED tail light, riding modes and a fully digital instrument console.
The BMW G 310 RR looks youthful and swanky. The butch bodywork contributes to the big-bike appeal and the fascia too is quite sharp. It gets a split-seat setup and a committed riding stance like a typical super sports.
BMW has suspended the G 310 RR on USD telescopic front forks and a monoshock setup. Meanwhile, the braking hardware consists of a single disc at both ends with dual-channel ABS.
